Q4: For the problematical bottles, how do you settle it for us?
A: Please send us the evidence of damage immediately, such as photoes,videos. We will have the 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles once we verified the situation.

A:Normally the production lead-time is around 20-40 business days, depending on thetypes of products and may take a little longer time if special surface handing or else.
